Our Complete Process
Everything You Need to Know
Step 1. Fill out our form
Fill us in on all the details about the project you have in mind and the vision for your project. We do ask for photos or video to be uploaded, if at all possible, to give us an idea of the project prior to our phone consultation.
Step 2. Phone Consultation
We’ll contact you within 24 to 48 hours during business hours to have a conversation about what goal you have in mind for your home.
Step 3. On-Site/Design Consultation
We have an On-Site/Design Consultation fee (if necessary to move forward). This includes coming over to the project site to inspect it and to see what we have to work with. This is where we talk about your project in more detail and start visualizing what the end product will look like.
Step 4. Signing The Contract
We discuss more technical aspects like budget, timeline, materials, and plan the whole project. When we’re on the same page, we will send you our contract to make sure you have all the information you need and are comfortable with every detail.
Step 5. Design Phase
We design your new home space according to your vision and use our advanced design software to show you what the finished product will look like. This helps get rid of any doubts, anxiety, and stress you may have and ensures you’re in full control of how your home will look.
Step 6. Protect Your Home And The Site
We set up all our equipment and make sure that your house is kept structurally safe before we start any demolition or construction work. We also seal and protect any other areas that are not going to be under construction in order to keep the dust, dirt, and debris across the house to a minimum.
Step 7. Pre-Job Walkthrough
Before starting the work, we’ll do a walkthrough of the site together to give you a clear idea of what the next steps are and what you should expect over the next couple of weeks as we transform your home.
Step 8. We Get To Work
We get to work and before you know it, your project will be complete, now you can get back to your now improved and relaxed daily routine.
Step 9. Cleanup and Finishing Touches
Once our work is done, we will clean up and complete the remaining finishing touches that need to be addressed before leaving.
Step 10. Post-Job Walkthrough
We do a final walkthrough together to make sure we haven’t missed anything.
Step 11. 1-Year Warranty
We offer a 1-year labor and systems warranty, and you also benefit from the manufacturer’s warranty on materials. In the event that something happens that is within our control and included in the warranty and contract, we come in and get it fixed for you free-of-charge.
